Getting started with the HR Hub

The HR Hub is an online portal that you can use to MANAGE YOUR PEOPLE. It includes a range of different tools such as:
  1. HR policies and procedures
  2. employee contracts for full-time and casual employees
  3. leave applications
  4. appraisals
  5. personnel forms
  6. timesheets
  7. induction checklists
  8. letters of warning
  9. job descriptions

To get started you will require a login. This can be set up by navigating to the login page and clicking on the sign-up link:
 

Once you are on the sign-up page, please complete your details, enter the captacha displayed and create your account:


If you have successfully signed up then you will see the following screen:



Please refer to your email for a confirmation email. This email will then direct you to set a password for your account. An example of the confirmation email can be seen below.


Please click on the "Click here" link to set up a new password:


After you have set your password you will be directed to the Home Page. At this stage you will not have any records in the system and as a result the Upcoming Renewals and Upcoming Probation Periods section will reflect that there are no records matching your criteria.


To set up the system please navigate to the "Settings" Section in the bottom left hand corner. Here you can set up your business profile, user profile, business types, documentation types, master job descriptions and employee notification templates.
